Footsteps ( a Room or a Ministry )

The internet is full of chat rooms, As is paltalk. For many people a room is a room. It is a place for friends and none friends to meet up and enjoy good talks, or to fight and argue.

There are many different types of rooms. Debate, Church, Fellowship, Teaching. However, Unlike many rooms, Footsteps is some thing truly different, and stands apart.

Footsteps is a Ministry. Many months ago Kim (kmsbg) and I (joshuajared2000) felt the lord calling us to stand apart from the normal activities on paltalk.

Upon seeking the Lords wisdom, we came to know the lords call was for a ministry to be established within the paltalk christian section.

The call was to establish a room, that provided not only bible study, and fellowship for the believer's but to provide an enviorment for the unbeliever's.

There was a lack of understanding being given to unbeliever's on paltalk. Often asking a simple question could lead to some one being kicked out of a christian room. And thus the lords vision was clear.

We are to provide a ministry on paltalk. One that saught to speek the truth of Gods word more, and the opinion's of men less. One that would seek to minister to the believer and unbeliever alike.

You will notice that in our room, we do not shy away from allowing non believer's to ask questions. A Ministry that will NOT judge people, saved or not, based on their past. When you enter our room You enter with a clean slate.

Through this ministry, it is our hope, and has been our practice, to help people in their walk with the lord. Many times we have met people, or been there with them, as they were called to the life of a christian, who didnt have a church, or even a bible. We use these times to further minister to people. From finding them a local church , to getting them a bible! 8-)

This ministry is governed by the lord and as such , ministry guidelines have been applied. For example,If a leader (admin) falls into sin, they will be removed so we can work with them on being restored. We do not ask for tithes or donations. This is the Lords ministry and as such he is the provider.
